Professional librarians will be available OFFSITE for up to five hours per year for providing literature searches and copies of articles requested through the Virtual Reference Desk. Fees for searches performed on commercial databases and document delivery charges will be charged back to client.
• Rush and Special Services, including searches and copies of articles provided by a professional librarian over five hours per year, to be negotiated.

• Evaluation of current resources, services, and online systems.
• Determination of resources to retain.
• Place orders for books, journals and electronic resources.
• Written recommendations of books, journals, or electronic resources needed for the library, and their associated costs.
• Customized Written Plans as needed in addition to those provided in the Basic Package.
• ONSITE attendance or availability by phone for the JCAHO or CMA Survey.
